As we approach the end of the year, we are happy to say that our first tenant, the adult education department, will start running courses from February half term. These will be held in the vestry. The cottage is largely refurbished now. It has been painted, a few spots of dampness have been sorted and touch wood, we will have a tenant in the new year. There are just a few things to do inside and some repairs to the outside of the building as it faces Pendre but these can be done whilst a tenant moves in as it shouldn't affect them too much. This is refurbishing the cottage so that a tenant can move in. if all goes to the plan the cottage works will be completed by the end of the month.
